Nico Goossens is a third-generation lettuce-grower in the family-owned business Goni. They are a leafy vegetable supplier to Greenyard for over 15 years. Goni invests heavily in growing ever more sustainably implementing innovative growing techniques including combined heat & power generation and LED lighting in a closed system. Their ultimate goal is to achieve growing processes which have no impact on the environment.
